Frequently Ask Questions
Honest answers to the questions we’re asked most by people, families and care coordinators.
Adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical or sensory disabilities, or acquired brain injuries who want to live in their own home with the right support around them.
Absolutely, with the person’s consent, family can be as involved as they want to be. Many support plans are built together with family input from day one.
Referrals usually come through a local authority social worker or care coordinator, but individuals and families are welcome to contact us directly first to talk things through.
Your support plan is reviewed regularly, and more or less support can be put in place as your circumstances change, without you having to move home.
Let's Talk About Support
Whether you’re exploring supported living for yourself, a family member, or making a referral as a local authority or care coordinator, our team is here to talk it through. No pressure, no obligation.
